About the Firm
Levin Fisher is a boutique law firm specializing in complex litigation (civil, commercial, corporate and criminal ("white collar")) and in commercial law, corporate law, securities and capital markets.
The firm, founded in 2003, has earned a reputation among its clients in Israel and abroad, as well as in the legal community, as a leading boutique firm that takes an in-depth and creative approach to its representation of clients, handling all cases with the highest level of legal expertise.
The firm is committed to personal service, transparency, professionalism, effectiveness and uncompromising legal service.
The founding partners, Adv. Ido Levin (who manages the litigation practice) and Adv. Zvi Fisher (who manages the commercial-corporate practice), bring with them rich international backgrounds, and both have work experience in the USA: Adv. Levin, in investment banking, with the New York office of one of the world's leading investment banks, and Adv. Fisher, as an associate at a Boston law firm. The partners have significant experience both in business transactions and international agreements, including, among other things, mergers involving Israeli and foreign companies, IPOs of foreign companies on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange and IPOs of Israeli companies on stock exchanges overseas. The firm has proven experience in complex legal disputes as well as in representing suspects and defendants in economic crimes. Among its areas of specialization, the firm has developed particular expertise in cross-border litigation.
The partners are personally involved in all cases and transactions, ensuring that all clients benefit from a personal touch and that each case is handled as effectively as possible.
The firm serves companies and individuals from Israel and abroad, who come from a diverse array of industries, including, among others, high tech, software, electronics, biotechnology, banking, finance and investment, publishing, construction, infrastructure work, steel and gas.
As part of the legal service it provides, the firm learns the goals and objectives of each client as well as the characteristics of the particular conflict or case. Levin Fisher can then develop a unique and tailored strategy.
The firm maintains working relationships with foreign law firms in Europe, the US, East Asia and Africa.
The firm handles cases of substantial financial scope and has been involved in setting important legal precedents. Occasionally, companies and individuals who need legal advice in difficult and unusual circumstances turn to the firm for representation.
The firm's staff communicates with clients in Hebrew, English, French and Russian.
